You will live a few steps away from Montorgueil, the Louvre, Châtelet, the Forum des Halles, Notre Dame, the Beaubourg center and from the famous Marais district (Jewish district and center of the Parisian gay life.) You will be able to easily walk to Saint-Germain-des-Près or to walk up the Rivoli Avenue, walk through the Jardin des Tuileries to the Place de la Concorde square and the Champs Elysées.

Ideally located in the center of the capital, you will have at your disposal many shops, bus lines, metro or RER lines going in directions (Montmatre, Pigalle, Versailles, etc.) This beautiful apartment, nicely furnished and very bright thanks to its 5 large windows (with electric stores!) is located in a small and clean renovated building, digital lock and security door, at the heart of one of the most lively district of Paris, in the jazz clubs' street! The most typical Paris!

Fabulous apartment!!! We loved our stay and found the apartment was wonderfully located, close to restaurants, the metro, and supermarket. The place itself was beautifully presented and suited our family, including 4 children, perfectly. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone wanting a great taste of Parisian lifestyle.

We loved, loved, loved this apartment. As great as it looks in the pics it's even better in person. It is absolutely beautiful, and huge! We also loved the location on a corner of pedestrian streets, with bars, restaurants, shops, and a bakery within view of the many windows. Really a great central location. Would rent this place again in a second.
The only negatives were a loud party in the apartment directly above us one night, but otherwise quiet for the four other nights, and a delay in getting checked in (car service was early).

We stayed in this nice 2 bedroom apartment for 5 nights. The apartment is in a perfect location. Walking distance to major attractions and the metro. There are many nice cafes, bars, and shopping all around this building. It was nice to wake up, walk downstairs and find a bakery right across the street, so we could grab fresh baked croissants. The check in and check out went very smooth. Very nice girls made sure everything was to our liking and took the time to answer any questions we had. Not only would I recommend this to everyone, I would stay here again giving the opportunity to travel back to Paris.

We had an enjoyable stay at this apartment. It is a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with 2 full bathrooms. The master suite and bath are very nice and not on the street. The front bedroom has 2 twin beds and opens to the street but is relatively quiet. The windows are soundproof which allows minimal sound transmission from the street which is important because there are bars adjacent and across the street. The location is next to St. Merry church, which is being restored, and only a block from the Pompidou. Nearest Metro stops are Châtelet and Hôtel de Ville. There was work being done to the common areas when we were there June 15-20, 2014, but this did not cause us any problems other than noise after 8am in the morning. There is a nice bakery visible from the apartment and 2 convenience stores less than a block from the apartment. The living area and kitchen are quite large and very beautiful. WiFi worked perfectly and the management company was very responsive. This is a fantastic location central to everything and perfect for exploring the Marais. Also, it was easy to catch a cab early in the morning to Gare Du Nord for our return to Eurostar and easier than the Metro with luggage. This apartment provided excellent value for the money and would have easily cost $1000/day to replicate with a decent hotel.

This is a great apartment that I would highly recommend. It is in a very busy area with lots of bars and restaurants around but, even though we were travelling with 2 kids, it was very quiet inside the apartment and we always felt safe. There are a couple of metro stations in easy reach but the apartment is very central so we were able to walk to many attractions and restaurants.

The apartment is very large with an excellent living room, a well equipped modern kitchen and all of the amenities you need. The second bedroom is relatively small, but it was fine for our kids; maybe two adults in there might be a bit of a squeeze.

The staff who checked us in and out were very friendly and helpful.
We would definitely recommend this to friends and family.
